We are so excited to host the MACVB Education Summit here in Mankato on June 1-2. It has been a long time since we’ve been able to gather and I am looking forward to getting together and hosting you here in Mankato. As the industry who encourages and appreciates the benefits of travel and tourism, I’m glad that we are “walking the walk” and demonstrating that we can gather safely and our partners can accommodate us safely and provide a great experience for guests.
James Feist from Explore Alexandria is leading the Education Committee and pulling together a great agenda, and I am looking forward to hosting a fun evening in the beautiful City Center of Mankato on Tuesday. We understand that many of our friends in the industry have not fared as well as others over the past year and to that end, the MACVB Board of Directors has established a scholarship fund to provide assistance to those who would like to attend. To be considered for a scholarship, please complete the scholarship form and return to [email protected] by May 7th. Scholarship recipients will be notified by May 14th.
